I was playing as China just a few moments ago and I had destroyed all but about 10 of the King's units and his whole navy when everything just came to a standstill. Finally I went exploring and found a colony that appeared to be created by the King of China himself.

The end-game review proved it was founded by him.

That would be because I copied ENGLAND_EUROPE. :lol:

But the coding is in the game already for the King's to found colonies. It's just very rare for them to actually get a colonist.
