Actually I don't blame the guy. If you walk into a my office drunk and asked for a note to get you off work on a regular basis, I'd be pretty pissed off as well. Once? Sure thing. Twice? Fine. Ten times? No way.

some doctors dont even examine you and let their secretaries do this kind of job...
