The common bond being they all provide the dreaded GA points. Obviously, if culture is the intended victory condition, then you might try to build all of them, but when I try to run a wonder economy I try to generate Engineers first, Scientists second, Priests third, Merchants and Spies fourth, and I hope to avoid artists.

To what end?

All those wonders by themselves wont win you the game. Eventually they will go obsolete and you will lose your lead.

It's better to have them make artists for you so you can win by culture. If you stack most of them in one city, it could go legendary while making enough artists to bring another city up to legendary.

If you're talking about WE/SSE, it's got to be parth. Wonders are considerably weaker as an option w/o GPP (though not as nerfed as specialists). Getting parth makes ALL of your wonders that much better, which is pretty appealing if you're going to spam them.

Parth or MoM. Essentially for the reasons TMIT said above.

In a wonder heavy economy I try getting The Parthenon, The Mausoleum, Taj and perhaps The Sistine Chapel. But The Parthenon is most important.

The Pyramids (not listed). Second place is either Parthenon or Great Library (also not listed).

They're not listed because OP only listed wonders that give artist GPP.

I am an admitted Wonderholic. But I am fast becoming a GP purist. In other words, keep that Artist pollution OUT of my GP pool. NE is the only Artist Wonder I ever, ever build in my main GP farm city.

That being said, I always have at least 3 cities building Wonders in a WE (I dont play is nearly as pure as obsolete). One for the key non-Artist Wonders, often my Cap, which gets the GLH, GL, UoS, Mids, etc. Another is my HE city, where I will occasionally turn that production into a key Artist Wonder like the Parth. The 3rd is usually the city with the most Forests at the time, heh, I have actually chopped out stuff like the Kremlin in a small tundra-forest heavy city.

All that being said, I voted Parth in your pool. I think there is an incredible synergy to the Marble Wonders. If I have Marble, I will try to build the Parth and MoM every game, and chase Music for the Free 15 turn Golden Age that I can keep in my pocket til needed.

The Taj because it's a critical time of the game to adjust civics. If I am Spiritual I would say the Mauselleum.

Part is best for WE/SSE no questions asked. If you are going for wonder based bulb runs (theoretically efficient, but not overly so in reality in my book) then MoM/Taj are more beneficial.

Of these, definately the Parthenon for the GPP. T

I usually do Stone, GW, MIds, Oracle,(Math with Oracle while teching Aesthetics) HG, Shwegadon, GL, Hagia (if I can bulb/trade for Theo in time), and Angkor in my capital in a WE. Others of course if possible (Chichen, MoM and ToA come to mind) After Angkor, I kill people

I like most of them... I'd simply build them outside my wonderspamming capital to avoid getting more artists than I can use. Parthenon tops the list, but Notre Dame and the Taj Mahal are also quite good. The Mausoleum is usually something I conquer rather than build myself because it goes a little early for me to snag it reliably with my preferred tech path.

Taj - as noted, it comes at the right time for Civic adjustments. Parthenon/Sistine Chapel/Mausallos would be tied at #2.
