Sorry about late instructions. It didn't seem there would be anything that domestic would be needed for but just in case...

Despite the citizens interest in possibly settling to the southwest at the edge of the unknown territory, I think if we have a settler this set we're best off building the closer location to the northeast -- the darker x from the last instruction thread. The far location would take much longer to road to if there was something of value there.

Yes, that's correct, DaveShack. We're actually using the CIV Turn Chat room. I can't seem to change the title.
