Franco-International results of the 1st round:
On 33 votes:
-Centralization of the Great People points management : 27%
-Great People birth rate increased by the player's cultural budget rate : 21%
-Allows the player to choose the Great Peoples he obtain, between to possible choices max : 15%
etc...
So, i launch a second round between these 3 ideas.
Some precisions:
Centralization of the Great People points management: Will Excludes the 33% or 40% greater cities of the player (minimum of excluded cities: 1).
Great People birth rate increased by the player's cultural budget rate: Ratio defined in function of the map size.
Allows the player to choose the Great Peoples he obtain, between to possible choices max: The two possibles choices are determined randomly, in function of their implantation level.
