Term 2: Foreign Affairs

Minister: Zearo

Deputy Minister: Billybones27

Currently in this stage of the game we haven't met any other civilization (I think) so until later I'll have a minimal inpact.

The role of the Foreign Affairs minister is mainly to organise declarations of war an peace, and manage espionage.

My Policy for term 2 involves:

A) Maintaining a pacifist approach with other civs until we have built up a sizeable military force or if Germany is threatened.

B)Supporting Germany militarily and technologically (with partnership of TNT ministers), if need be declaring war on another nation.

C) Maintaining passive aggresion against england; Not declaring war, but not negotiating trade with England (with partnership of TNT ministers)

Appointments for deputy are now open. As i'm in an a different timezone, i doubt i'll be able to participate in Turn chat, so if possible I'll request they stand in for me.

If Anyone has any points to discuss, I'd like to here them below.

Cheers

Zearo

Minister,

Our Enemy has been spotted with a Warrior about to enter our lands. They must not be allowed to explore freely. Please ask/demand that they leave if they enter our lands (whatever is allowed), even if it means war they should not be allowed free passage.

Also let's plan ahead for what demands others might make on us, and our response. Which is probably "heck no" of course, but better to be prepared for all possibilities.

We may have a new contact soon.

In-game it shows as a green and orange (or black and orange?) border. Any idea who it might be? CivAssist II thinks it's not the English, though I don't know if that's because Ainwood decided to hide the info until we can see the city and right click it.

It sure looks like the English, but if it's not, I'd say it was the Ottoman Empire. I believe they have completed The Oracle.

I think we should order the warrior out if it enters our borders, and force them to declare war if they refuse a second time. It's only one warrior so i'll think we'll be safe from war.
