No, we should keep with the concept, unless they have IW. that is a completely different situation.

As good as the deal is... I do sorta feel like it would be a deviation of the original Rival guidelines.

But... it's our game... if we want to make an exception (especially given the military use of the techs) we can make that exception...

I don't think we should take it based on the guidelines we've already defined... but if there's enough popular support for it, a poll might be warrented, as there are valid reasons within the "Rival" concept for going ahead with trading them culture techs in exchange for military techs.

I would say no, stick with the original concept, to include Iron Working. How can you guys stoop so low as to stand face to face with the Fomorach and barter? :rolleyes: Make sure you wear your best clothes and be real polite....
