I believe I might have found an error in 1.09b.

If you try to train a colonist in a university (or possibly any school) and lack the funds then the student is removed from school. If you later try to train that same student in the same school then the game crashes.

I have a save game that I can email to you if you would like. If you click on the end of turn button the game proceeds to the next turn with no problem. However if you move a particular free colonist into the university the game will crash when you end turn. There is cash on hand to pay the tuition now.

Took me a while to find the problem.

I can confirm I had gone on negative funds on something very similar.

What also is funny, is what happens if you hit negative food with colonists under training...
