How do you set up waypoints for units that you just built from a city?

Select the cities that you want to have this waypoint (that's not the right name but I can't remember the correct one right now) using select, then ctrl and right click on the tile you want the waypoint to be.

That is if I understand what you mean.

Rally point? Is that right?

Rallypoint, that's the word I was talking about. Well I think waypoint and rallypoint are similar in effect?

Anyway thanks, I was getting really annoyed by the fact that I have to keep zooming to the military production city each time a unit was complete. :)

I've attempted many times to do this, but it just doesn't work for me because it doesn't register the right-click. Granted I play Civ IV via Boot Camp on my mac, I can still right-click in the game (I've done it multiple times when I want to delete a city plot in the BUG mod 3.6). Does anyone know what to do?

You don't have a mouse that you could use to play?

*Dumb question alert* How do I select a city? If I click on one, it just awakens a unit. Is that enough?

If what you are describing is a touchpad on a laptop, then I don't think your Mac has a right click function. I think it would be better off buying a cheap mouse with right-click. Or maybe that's not the case at all?

That's the case. Also, that's the name. I didn't want to think earlier.

However, I can right click, on the mac side of things using control and on the windows side of things by using two fingers on the mouse pad. In the game, I've right-clicked in many situations many times. It just doesn't work for the rally point, but that's it.
