dunno if this has been posted before but anyway

how long do we wait until we declare an Advisor/president/governer cos at the moment i dont think we have any clear definition at least i dont think we do

ok thanks cos i was just curious as curus been gone a while and didnt know whether i was allowed to vote in cabinet votes for culture and trade

Either way, you can only cast one vote. For example, in a cabinet vote where the domestic leader was gone, at CT could cast a vote for the domestic dept, she could either cast the domestic departments vote, or break a tie, but she couldn't do both.

No, the president cannot cast a vote for a department. If there is a tie, the president can break it. Other wise, the president does not vote in council votes, though, he/she may initiate one.
