I'm attemping a traduction of the WoC modules in italian (better than babelfish ;)), but some letters: accented like è-à, or symbols like ' aren't displayed...
In fact, when starting WoC, they appear as errors... I don't understand why, the format is the same as original, wtf??
The same problem appear in the standard WoC translation, so i hope that you know the problem..... Maybe is a my problem??? Try and tell me...

Use their ascii-value instead.

Put an & in front of the #xxx; when using it in the civ texts, if I do so here, the respective letter is displayed instead of the ascii value :)
