Stuck, you need more info than that. You don't just go in and say "I need a program to do this". Look at how I did the webpage. I started a discussion on what's needed, then pulled all of the ideas together, and even made polls to assess the users connections and system. That enabled me to know how graphically intense the site could be. After the months of analysis, I did the design, which culminated in the sitemap. Now, it's at the end of the "coding", which is replacing the placeholders.

You have to do a similar thing for the program.

There is something I see wrong. C++ is (usually) offline. PHP would be much easier. I am willing to lead the RPG Development team. ;)

I think you need a computer major to help. Besides, I'm eyeing Firaxis. ;)

For starters, I can lead the project (which I can see will be HUGE). There's a lot more than "what can you do". This will be a complex project, and I can see several parts to it (I'll elaborate when the analysis phase comes):

Automated (web specific) -

Economics Engine (the heart of the system - things like economy, real estate, jobs, etc. are included)
Game Database

Forum Specific
Links to city activities (per tech availibility).

Like I said, it needs to be elaborated on, and analyzed. Strider had a brainstorming thread, and I can take that, can make a thread to further refine certain points. There also needs to be more interactivity than just "businesses and rules". It's going to be a large project, and I am offering my Software Development skills to this project. :) You can see how my Demogame Webpage is coming along. That project is about 70-80% complete.

Also, as the "Lead Developer", I can "hire" PHP programmers, if I want to.

Anyway, I will start the thread discussions.
