- "Be the first to found a city in the new world". Apparently it's always checked, even if you aren't the first.
- hammer cost for Babylon settler (41) is at least two third less expensive than other ancient civs. A worker costs more for Babylon than a settler

-Sometimes the "plague" icon on the little score pannel remains even when I don't have plague anymore
-I had a random event "chose between (something I forgot) and <pay 120 gold for a great scientist>". I chosed the second one, but no great scientist appeared.

I think events like that give you a super specialist in the city listed, not a great person unit.

plus there's still a chance of it not happening. About the plague icon I think it happens because there is now a chance that your civ can "skip" a plague.

Maybe but it's weird though: in RFC classic I'm never able to skip the plague but when I start in the ancient/classical era I always skip it. There are times when I get the plague icon but don't see it have any effect on my cities. This happened in 2 games now whereas I can't remember it occurring a single time in RFC classic.

But hey, I won't complain too much about not getting a plague! :p

I have been modding RAND a bit (I added Civ Alerts), so these bugs have to be confirmed:

- Babylonia starts without the civic Subjugation and has Despotism in that category
- CTD from time to time when hovering over the Mercenary button (I believe this is an old bug)

This is a common old bug.

Use ALT+M instead of clicking on the button, that way you won't get CTD, and be careful when moving your mouse towards the notes button (that is right next to the hammer button).

Looks like this happens for all early civs (those starting at 3000 BC) when loading a saved game.

Whats CTD?

Crash To Desktop, IT mostly happens when there's a bug in a program.

Oh, I used to have that quite a bit. Nowadays, my computer just freezes. Yay...

more often it's the PC hardware that doesn't support or handle well some instructions. For example, I never had a CTD due to the mercenary button.

Ya, my old computer never did but it definetly happens on Vista.

RFC RAND standard size custom game.

checked no tech trading, new random seed, turned off cultural and space race victories and am playing as Germany

I am having a bug where leaders are showing at war with William or Netherlands and Tokugawa of Japan. I think they are supposed to be at war with the native tribes and it is showing as them instead.

I can confirm they aren't at war with Netherlands since the Dutch are my vassal and therefore I should be at war as well. It might get confusing though if we do go to war :crazyeye:

This bug has been in RAND from the beginning. I have seen even stranger stuff like other civs being at war with Stalin in 2000 BC and such. It doesn't relate to playing custom games only.

When negotiating with the Egyptians, I notice that I don't really have control over what I offer them. I click on it to add and subtract, but nothing changes.

It's probably mentioned elsewhere, but I can't seem to offer the initial 10 gold for open borders to any civ. I've recently tried playing as the Brits, Persians, and Dutch. It didn't matter as much with the Dutch.
I have the latest BTS and RFC patches.
