i need a condo on the lake, for a summer house. Just a small house with a kitchen/dining room for my special room.
Also- I need my villa moved to Penguin.
i too get a 10%
So that means I have my flat in Barvaria, my lake house and my villa/house in Penguin.
Also; Can i rent an apartment in Octavianum? Acroma should build apartment complexes and charge a t/c rate. If not, Ill take another small house, same as the one listed above.
No rentals. Sorry.
The cost of moving your villa is 500g, 450g with your discount. It has been done!
Your lake cottage and the bungalo in Octavinium are ready for your use. Your cost for these is 648g.
Your total bill is 1198g.
Thank you, sir!
donsig Nov 13, 2002, 01:02 AM Acroama has built itself a manufacturing centers in Tlaxcala and The Burrow. The are 1800g each. (I'm glad we're paying this to ourselves!)
Plexus Nov 13, 2002, 01:09 AM Well isn't that the best loophole ever... ;)
Plexus Nov 13, 2002, 01:39 AM I would like to build a small house in the city of New Falcon's Nest.

i think you got a small miscalculation with my castle:
Partners may purchase, for their personal use, all products at an additional 10% discount of company standard prices.
old assess value: 3800 gold (?!? see here (http://forums.civfanatics.com/showthread.php?postid=499999#post499999))
castle + moat dry + moat filled:
3300+720+540=4560
-10%=4104
so i will have to pay 4104-3800=304 gold... imho :-)
disorganizer Nov 13, 2002, 01:56 AM @donsig:
even if you build it for yourself, you need to pay the people giving you the stones :-)
the production costs must be payed as they go to another firm as i recap, and the taxes of course also have to be payed :-P

Check the revenue thread before you throw stones. We paid building costs of 900g (25% of the list price). :)

No. 4560-3800=760. You get the discount on what your purchase which is the upgrade.
donsig Nov 13, 2002, 02:08 AM Partners paid 400g per share. (http://forums.civfanatics.com/showthread.php?postid=591430#post591430) :)
Note: The small house ordered by Plexus has not been built (nor posted) but his order is acknowledged for land purchase purposes.
disorganizer Nov 13, 2002, 02:13 AM @donsig:
ok. your above post implied something else :-)
also:
well, the upgrade price is the difference between the old asset value and the list price of the new one.
and i get definitely a reduction of the list-price, and not on the upgrade ;-)

Partner Benefits
Partners may purchase, for their personal use, all products at an additional 10% discount of company standard prices.
That is from post 2. You are free to take this up with Shaitan. I suggest we let the transaction stand as posted. If Shaitan wants to make an adjustment we will do that as a seperate thing, ok?
It is now 3:30 AM here and I must srive home to go to my bed for an hour or two before I must get up and start all over again.
disorganizer Nov 13, 2002, 03:30 AM ok. so shaitan, if you pass thru this thread please review and clarify :-) i would also recommend putting that clarification in the first posts.
Shaitan Nov 13, 2002, 04:43 AM For upgrades I have been doing the following:
Price = new building cost - (asset value of old building *.9)
Partner price would be 90% of the above figured price.
Shaitan Nov 13, 2002, 05:06 AM I need another small house in Tlaxcala, please. This one is for squire gonzo.
Shaitan Nov 13, 2002, 05:17 AM @donsig - don't forget to refigure maintenance costs for all buildings over 100g.
Maintenance per chat = (Asset Value - 1000g) * .002
Cyc Nov 13, 2002, 06:09 AM I need clarification on the rules of raw goods supplier/manufacturer percentages and how they related to sale prices. It seems BLM income is varying too much and doesn't seem to adhere to the rules governing transactions. My concern lies with Acroama Homes sales. While you're at it, please clarify how BLM can sell to a private owner/individual. Thank you.
EDIT: I guess the reason I'm asking is because I was re-reading this post (http://forums.civfanatics.com/showthread.php?threadid=31144&pagenumber=4) and looking at Donsig's recent posting for Acroama Homes in the BOF/FRA.
disorganizer Nov 13, 2002, 06:16 AM ?!? if i click above link its an empty post...

Thanks!
Grandmaster Nov 13, 2002, 04:35 PM I'd like to purchase a tower and a fortress.... I'm assuming they can co-exist with other defensive fortifications?

The big buildings cost money per chat to keep them up. Posts for any of the big ones needs to include the total asset value and the upkeep cost. The Item Manager then keeps track of the total asset value and the bank (me) puts the upkeep in the per chat income for the player.
Easy as pie. :)
Plexus Nov 13, 2002, 05:37 PM @ shaitan: Question- Can I auction my own property or do I need S&E or Acroama to do it for me?
Shaitan Nov 13, 2002, 05:40 PM @Plexus - Sure, you can sell your own property. There's no patent on auctions. ;)
Plexus Nov 13, 2002, 05:45 PM Good. :)

Donovan Zoi Nov 14, 2002, 10:49 AM I would like to upgrade my small house in Tlaxcala to a large house with an extra bedroom(4). Please convert one of these bedrooms with "other room" to create a master suite. If I am figuring correctly, I will finish with a living room, den and dining room.
Now I can finally move my family out from the Gem Mountains and have them stay with me. This is indeed a joyous day for all things Zoi!
The math:
1170+135(bedroom upgrade)= 1305 - 360(existing sm. house)
Donovan Zoi: - 945
gunning1 Nov 14, 2002, 03:45 PM I would like to buy a plain large house, no extras or anything. Just a large house. :) Don't know how much it will cost, but I know I have the money. :)
Shaitan Nov 15, 2002, 06:36 AM Please build a keep on tile -7/-14 (cow tile) for jdd2007 and put it on my bill. This is part of a land deal. I'm getting his old one so I'm buying him a new one on his new lands. LINK (http://forums.civfanatics.com/showthread.php?postid=596361#post596361)

I also wish to upgrade Kultis Keep to a full Castle.
Please let me know the total price for all this.

Castle Bärenhöhle

Stuck_as_a_Mac Nov 17, 2002, 03:15 PM Mr. CEO,
As you may recall, Acroma pledged a 30% discount for the making of the "A Soldiers Funeral" monument. Well, we aproach you today with 2865g in donations. We are looking to buy a monument to place on the tip of Morgana (see thread for placement site). We are asking for a bronze statue of the creation of our Great Leader, Barborsa (or however its properly spelt). The sceen will depict him standing over his defeated Aztec foe, Golden Sword in hand, preparing to create the Fanatikan Army.
Thank you,

Correct. I'm getting the old one and buying him a new one.
disorganizer Nov 18, 2002, 05:50 AM @donsig, grandmaster:
i suppose having 3 defensive buildings (in gm's case tower+fort+keep) on the same tile does not help the defense bonus.
in that case, gm, it would be better to upgrade aegir keep to a castle!
correct me if im wrong, please :--)
Shaitan Nov 18, 2002, 06:02 AM The only benefit for having lesser structures back up a big defender is the garrison troop availability but simply buying the troops is much cheaper. As all defensive structures are affected when the primary structure is besieged they'll generally be destroyed with the primary defender. It would be much better to upgrade the keep to a full castle.
Grandmaster Nov 18, 2002, 03:19 PM OK, being as that I'm not short of money at the moment.... please continue with my previous order and upgrade my Keep to a Castle. Thank you.
gunning1 Nov 18, 2002, 03:37 PM Doesn't the old house count as 360 gold off?
If so, I should have only been charged 810 gold.
Shaitan Nov 18, 2002, 03:48 PM donsig - Acroama should officially opt out of the Conflict ruleset. I don't think anybody would attack the castle makers but it's better safe than sorry.
Padma Nov 18, 2002, 03:54 PM I would like to upgrade my Castle defenses at Kultis by adding a Filled Moat. Cost = 720 - Shareholder discount (72) = 648 gold.
Grandmaster Nov 18, 2002, 04:43 PM Sorry it took so long..... all ordered buildings are to be built on 1, -1. Thank you.
Shaitan Nov 19, 2002, 10:40 AM A new small home please, standard configuration. Location: Dacula. This is for gonzo_for_civ.
Falcon02 Nov 19, 2002, 11:17 AM do I own a Keep or a Castle? I think I ordered a Castle, but I don't remember Keep being an option at the time.
Shaitan Nov 19, 2002, 12:17 PM The original castle class was changed to Keep when the new Conflict Rules were implemented. You have what's now called a keep.
Shaitan Nov 19, 2002, 12:38 PM I would like to announce that each partner share has now paid back 4124g! That's a return of over 400% on our initial investments!
[party]
Cyc Nov 19, 2002, 02:10 PM I would like to upgrade my Large House in Tile –1/0 (Bavarian Smokehouse) to a full grade Castle. The Castle will be a place of business that extends the services of the Cattleman Smokehouse to that of a dinner theatre. The Castle will cost 3300g, the expansion of Service will be 500g, which brings us to an initial cost of 3800g. Actually, I just think I want a full Castle. I may just want a keep. It's so difficult without floorplans and visuals. Tell me what you think.
The Hot Springs will obviously be indoors with the upgrade, so some remodeling of the existing baths will need to be done. I’m not sure how much a bath upgrade is. Throw in a steam room also, for 180g. I believe the Castle comes with a great hall, so this will be the dinner theatre. There will be a large circular stage in the center of it, with the entrance for the players coming from the floor below. When descending from the stage to the floor below, a tunnel will take the players to the servants’ area. The servants’ area will be by the servant rooms and the kitchen. There will also be a Living Room and an office on the first floor. The entire first floor will have a very high cathedral ceiling.
The second floor will have another Living Room, office, and a bedroom. It will, of course, have access to the roof area. (Not quite sure what those are called on a Castle.) I will also need stables and a large area out front for carriages.
So, with all this, what would you estimate my cost to be? Hopefully, I can afford it. I’ve sent plans of what the exterior should look like to your office. Please try not to disturb the surrounding forest. Thank you.

If it doesn't I would like to move my large house to tile -2/-13 or whatever it is. And if I can do the same thing for my small house that I still should own, I would like to move that to Gunningheim. :D
You traded in your small house when you bought your large one. We can move your large house but the tile you specified belongs to donsig.

Your existing asset value is 4230. That would be worth 3800g towards an upgrade. A large palace lists at 5950 and a special palace lists at 8910. You're looking at around 1700 for the first and 4700 for the latter.

Shaitan Dec 06, 2002, 07:31 PM @BCLG100 - I'll be launching auctions for all of the tiles next week.
@Strider - The upgrade is 2529g for a basic small palace. This includes the new blush face limestone that has recently become available through BLM. It makes a fantastic finish to the exterior walls.

Plexus Dec 07, 2002, 12:27 AM I would like to upgrade my medium house to a mansion. Would it be possible to add an avairy to the mansion grounds?
Cyc Dec 07, 2002, 02:58 AM Please check with AP&N on the classification of the Castle at location SW-M-12 (value 3365). This "Keep" was to have been upgraded to a full Castle per my business dealings with them. Thank you.
Shaitan Dec 07, 2002, 07:21 AM @Cyc: Sorry that was missed somehow. Upgrading your Keep to a base castle is very affordable as your keep had so many extras on it and is worth more than the average keep. Your upgrade price is only 271.5g. Give us the okay and we'll get right to work on it.
@Plexus: Upgrading your medium house to a mansion with aviary will cost 2493g. Let us know if you would like the upgrade and we'll get it up for you pronto.
@jdd2007: Your upgrades would be 1260g for small palace, 2980g for large palace and 5940g for a special palace. Which would you prefer?
BCLG100 Dec 07, 2002, 07:50 AM when nezxt week as i am going away so would it be starting sunday?

Shaitan Dec 07, 2002, 11:06 AM @BCLG100 - Monday or Tuesday, depending on how busy I am. I'll probably launch one auction each day.

Shaitan Dec 07, 2002, 02:10 PM @Cyc & Plexus - Your buildings are under constuction and will be ready soon.
@Strider - A fortress and a motte & bailey will cost 1750g. Youd be better served to add a keep instead. Better troop raising potential and much better defense than the two smaller buildings together. A keep would run you 2400g. Let me know which way you'd like to go.
Strider Dec 07, 2002, 02:16 PM I would like to go with the Keep.
Shaitan Dec 07, 2002, 02:18 PM @Strider - You got it. Construction commencing.
gunning1 Dec 08, 2002, 05:31 PM I would like to change the castle on Lancre to a temple, please tell me how much this would cost.
Shaitan Dec 09, 2002, 06:06 AM @gunning1/disorganizer - How many temples do you want? There's enough room for a dozen or so on the castle grounds. I suggest you create a full monastery/abbey and retreat as well as chapels, etc to the gods you wish to honor. This would involve removing all of the defensive works except the walls and converting the spaces into cells for the inhabitants, some offices for administration, chapels, gardens, etc. A rough estimate of cost would be 50% of the current asset value, or 2780g.
disorganizer Dec 09, 2002, 06:15 AM the idea of the temple of the populace would mainly be to establish a gathering point for people. where they can meet and maybe sleep in case of emergency.
it wont be a temple in a classical sense. maybe a shelter would be a good title, but it also is a social gathering space for all social levels.
so i suppose the castle to be improoved with:
2 great halls (for events and meetings), each with fireplace.
1 kitchen (to cook for the poor)
1 great eating room (to feed the poor)
1 great sleeping room (for shelter of the homeless)
the halls should be capable to also be used for events, like concerts, plays etc.

I'm sorry, Octavian. This was already constructed and billed.
Shaitan Dec 09, 2002, 09:29 AM @disorganizer - We can strip and convert the castle to what you need for 1675g. This will add two great halls, large eating room (hall), large common room (hall), expand the kitchens and larder to handle massive quantities of food and convert the armories and garrisons, etc. to dormitories.

disorganizer Dec 09, 2002, 09:46 AM its up to gunning to give the approval, but that sounds like a nice place to me. are there open fireplaces in those rooms?
if not they should be added. and for the rest of the budget (of 2000g) we could add some tables and chairs as well as plain beds and such things.
and maybe a huge bell to call our people to the castle :-)
disorganizer Dec 09, 2002, 09:48 AM Please remember all my shares were transferred to the "Lancre fund for the fanatikan populace", and as such the income should be added there and not to my account.
Shaitan Dec 09, 2002, 10:02 AM @disorganizer - Yes, all of the halls have open fireplaces. We should be able to completely furnish the construction for your 2000g budget. We would not be able to provide a bell, however. I'd recommend one of the smithy shops for that.
Shaitan Dec 09, 2002, 10:07 AM @disorganizer - To transfer shares to a non-partner you will need to get approval from the other partners. I myself would vote against this as I believe Acroama shares should reside with live people and not as part of a fund or corporate entity. I would much prefer that you divest these shares to the partners.
disorganizer Dec 09, 2002, 10:08 AM so i would like to give my shares to the fund... please partners vote on it :-)
and if no is the result, i would keep the shares... and give the income to the fund regularly :-P
also remember that increasing the income of this fund will also increase acroma income as the fund will primarily finance building of shelters and memorials.
so for the vote:
I VOTE YES!
Shaitan Dec 09, 2002, 10:43 AM I'd rather have you hold onto them than have them go to the fund. Acroama is Fanatika's first and most successful partnership. I'd like to preserve that partner feeling. Having part of the company owned by a glorified bank account goes against the spirit of Acroama.
I vote NO.
Padma Dec 09, 2002, 11:06 AM I have to agree with Shaitan. Acroama is a partnership not merely a stock holding. If disorganizer wants the profits of his shares to go the fund, that is certainly his right. But I would prefer the shares be held by an individual.
I vote NO.

Shabbaman Dec 12, 2002, 09:18 AM Hello Shaitan, I want to have a large house on tile SW-K-15. That would cost me 1170, correct? And I believe that Acraoma buys my current house for 90% of it's value.
How long would it take to deliver? Maybe I can be of assistance, with my 'grades' in Engineering it could be done a lot faster (not to mention cheaper...)
Another thing: if I'd order a fortress for 270g, and later upgrade my large house to a mansion, would I then get my investment in the fortress back (since that would be included in 'appropriate numbers')?
Shaitan Dec 12, 2002, 09:28 AM @Shabbaman - Yes, we'll give you credit of 324g for your small house. That brings your large house cost down to 846g. We'll have this up for you shortly.
The "fort" included with the mansion is a typo left over from when that classification was castle/mansion. It's fixed now. In any case, that stands for "basic fortifications" and is not the same as a fortress.

Allright, but that's not really what I meant. If I get an upgrade 'A', that's included 'I' in an upgraded version of the house (let's say, from mansion to small palace'), would I get my investment reimbursed (or a discount of some kind)?
Shaitan Dec 12, 2002, 09:58 AM Yes, you'll get credit for all options that you purchase. When you upgrade we credit you 90% of the total asset value of the current structure towards the new structure. This way, if you get options on the original structure you will get credit for those when you upgrade.
gunning1 Dec 12, 2002, 09:28 PM How much will it cost me to upgrade my Large House to a Small Palace? Or a large house to a mansion? Large to large palace? Large to SPecial Palace?
Shaitan Dec 13, 2002, 12:07 PM @gunning1 - Your large house is worth a credit of 1053g toward an upgrade home. With the trade in, your costs would be:
Sm.Palace: 3177
Mansion: 1287
Lg.Palace: 4897
Spec.Palace: 7857
Stuck_as_a_Mac Dec 13, 2002, 12:22 PM Shaitan: Using my Penguin based villa, how much would an Upgrade cost?
Shaitan Dec 13, 2002, 12:26 PM @SAAM - Upgrade to what?
Stuck_as_a_Mac Dec 13, 2002, 12:51 PM From mansion to Small Palace
Shaitan Dec 13, 2002, 12:52 PM @SAAM - 1674g for a base small palace.
Stuck_as_a_Mac Dec 13, 2002, 12:59 PM Sold!
Lets see... I get 2 new bonus rooms. Does servant quaters come as a special room or not?
Also: As a shareholder, I wish to bring up a point of business. There are two questions I have for the CEO
1) Did Dis's 3 shares go to the Lancre Fund?
2) Is it possible to sell off Leningrados shares, seeing as he never comes to this forum anymore?
Shaitan Dec 13, 2002, 01:02 PM Servant rooms are included in a small palace. Let me know all of the layout that you'll like. Since you're going to a whole new class we'll basically be starting from scratch.
1) No, disorganizer is still the owning partner.
2) Leningrado is currently in the process of inactive divestiture. We should have it resolved within a week.
Stuck_as_a_Mac Dec 13, 2002, 01:20 PM Okay. Instead of an oboe room, I would like a full scale Concert hall, with all the latest "modern" luxuries. I would also like my library (fireplace and large chair, if possible. And dont forget one of those spinny ladders */me stops babbling* )
Of course, I need a servant hall. I need my port, (to help stake land tile claims).
Since Im in a palace now, can I have serfs toiling on my land?
eyrei Dec 13, 2002, 10:02 PM I have recently received a painting from an agent in Greece that shows a courthouse in ancient Greek style. I would like to commision the construction of such a building on my lands outside of Bavaria. This building would serve as both a courthouse, and a meeting place for government employees. It will also serve as the headquarters for the Foreign Affairs Ministry. Please let me know the estimated cost of such a project.
I wish this structure to include:
Extensive gardens, and woodlands.
Guest rooms for ambassadors and their servants. At least enough room for 3 ambassadors at one time.
Fortifications and room to house a garrison, so that we might offer foreign diplomats the security some of them deserve.
Map rooms and a library containing texts useful in translating all the different languages of the known world.
A large great hall where artifacts from all civilizations will be displayed. This will soon include the armor and weapons of both Tokugawa and Montezuma once we have captured or killed these leaders.
A cemetary where the leaders of Fanatika, both past, present and future may be buried.

Your new castle is ready now. Posted a couple seconds before your inquiry. ;)

Acroama has agreed to a 20% discount for construction of the Lancre Centers. We will give additional overall discounts of 2.5% for each Center over 5. We do this to encourage the fund to construct Centers in the "Gem Mountain" province and the unincorporated province west of that. As these are newly acquired territories we feel the citizens of these wartorn lands are in even greater need of assistance than those in the established provinces.
Cost chart by number of centers:
# of Const. Trade Base Total Final
Centers Cost Value Cost Disc.% Disc. Cost
5 16325 -648 15677 30 -4703.1 10973.9

Hafenland Plexenburg
Rhineland Octavinium

We have a cooperate design share with a large construction company in America so will not have a problem constructing your palace in the style that you wish. As your design stays within the standard allotment for a small palace your price will be the base cost of 4230g. Shall we commence construction?

*ARGH*! ok.. on second though.. I think I'll put everything on pause a bit.. BCLG and Gunning are telling me two different things of what to do in the demogame RPG, and it's CONFUSING!!!!!!
Stuck_as_a_Mac Dec 21, 2002, 03:47 PM Sorry Im late: I vote YES
Shaitan Dec 21, 2002, 03:57 PM @Chieftess - In the second post of the Land Sales and Management thread are maps showing who owns what land. You may also build non-military structures in any tile of Vanir (my North and Southwest territories.
If you trade in your small house in Bavaria your cost for a large house will be 900g.
Grandmaster Dec 21, 2002, 05:40 PM Lord Shaitan, has my palace been completed yet? I am anxious to see it. :)
Shaitan Dec 22, 2002, 05:25 AM Indeed it has, Grandmaster. And what a sight it is! Magnificent!
Grandmaster Dec 22, 2002, 07:55 AM Quite right, Lord Shaitan. 'Tis the finest building in the city, if not the province! Rivals anything in America, it does. Thank you. :D
gonzo_for_civ Dec 22, 2002, 03:25 PM @Chieftess, just talk to me, I won't confuse you like them :) Us civ3 mods should stick together :mischief:
gonzo_for_civ Dec 22, 2002, 03:27 PM @Chieftess again, If you want to build on any of my lands that's ok too...just look at the land thingy in the land management thread, I own most of Huntington's city radius and some more around there :)
Cheetah Dec 22, 2002, 06:03 PM i would like to upgrade my house in Bavaria to a large house
Shaitan Dec 22, 2002, 06:09 PM @Cheetah - We're happy to upgrade your home for you. The new building cost will come to 900g and we will start immediately.
Admiral PJ Dec 22, 2002, 06:52 PM erased house upgrade , not thought about it enough yet.. too much xMas port :P
Shabbaman Dec 23, 2002, 05:06 AM Hello Sir Shaitan, could you upgrade my castle to a small palace, on the expense of Sir Gonzo?

BCLG100 Dec 23, 2002, 10:12 AM ok then :)
Shaitan Dec 24, 2002, 01:04 PM The housing record is now permanently housed in the 3rd post of this thread.
disorganizer Dec 26, 2002, 02:47 PM btw: TS-O-4 is TSort :-)
Shaitan Dec 26, 2002, 03:20 PM Acroama offers for sale numerous tiles across the breadth of Fanatika. The tiles are available for the low, low cost of 1200g each and there is no minimum to purchase.
First come, first served!
The tiles available are:
HL-F-4
HL-G-3
HL-H-2
HL-I-2
RL-B-8
TS-D-9
TS-E-14
TS-F-9
TS-G-11
TS-H-11
gunning1 Dec 26, 2002, 05:17 PM I would like to buy RL-B-8. Will the transactions be done after the land deal? If not, I would like to retract my bid.
Shaitan Dec 26, 2002, 05:54 PM Yes. Acroama sales will be figured and posted to the FRA before the Bank of Valhalla update tomorrow. Depending on how much time I have the availability may or may not be in the upcoming BOV update.
Grandmaster Dec 26, 2002, 05:55 PM Is this just a simple "Get there first, pay for it, and go home" or is there an auction involved. If my first guess is correct, I will purchase TS-H-11 and TS-G-11. Thank you.
Shaitan Dec 26, 2002, 06:01 PM Your first guess is correct. We've found that the average going price is 1200g for a tile so it's more cost efficient for us to just sell them straight out.
Grandmaster Dec 26, 2002, 06:03 PM Very well, then go ahead with selling me those two tiles, and I will finally be a land-owning noble. :D
They will make a fine start to the Principality of Aegir, and a fine addition to Lancre if I do say so myself.
gunning1 Dec 26, 2002, 07:00 PM Well, please don't do the transactions for the availability tomorrow. ;) I'll take the tile.
Shaitan Dec 26, 2002, 10:32 PM These tiles are still available for 1200g each:
HL-F-4
HL-G-3
HL-H-2
HL-I-2
TS-D-9
TS-E-14
TS-F-9
@gunning1 & Grandmaster - Your purchases have been noted and are in processing now.
Padma Dec 26, 2002, 10:43 PM I will take TS-D-9 and TS-F-9
Shaitan Dec 26, 2002, 10:46 PM Much easier than auctions. :)

Octavian X Dec 29, 2002, 12:56 AM Long ago, when the Augusta was built, it was the third in a the new breed of buildings known as the palace. She was the most beautiful building in the land, on par with the Presidential Palace and the Marillion.
The years passed, more people became wealthy, and the great King of Doughnutia became a prince. Many buildings are equal, or better to her...
No more! On this day, I am completeing the most massive upgrade of any building of this type. I am upgrading my small palace to a special palace!
I want nothing to be held back; money is no object. Bring in the best craftsmen, the finest materials, in the world! Her beauty and graduer will once again be unsurpassed!
Trade in for small palace w/ Great Hall to special palace with 12 upgrade rooms, and 1 additional stable
More specific specs for the basic rooms
4 suites (8 bedrooms)
1 master suite (3 bedrooms)
2 studies
1 grand library (3 libraries)
5 living rooms
3 dining rooms

Convert on stable into an aviary, and another into a harbor.
Shaitan Dec 29, 2002, 01:24 AM @naervod & Octavian X - We will get to work immediately. For the Augusta we will have to see if our abacus can handle the numbers needed. ;)
