I need four castles with filled moats, stables and 3 upgrade rooms, each with the following configuration:

Living rooms: den and living room
Other rooms library and office (since hall is included for dining)
upgrade rooms; servant rooms, steam room and full bath.

I need them built on the following tiles:

TS-L-13, TS-O-12, RL-L-8 and SW - E -17.

Best I can figure the price is 5145g each before my partnership discount.

I'm looking into a couple smaller defensive structures as well as a mansion and a palace but I have to rebuild my bank account first!

@donsig - Construction has begun. Your cost estimate is correct; each castle as configured lists at 5145g. With your partner discount they will cost 4630.5g. Your actual out of pocket expense, figuring in your returns from BLM partnership and Acroama partner shares will be a total of 15263.6g for the 4 castles.

I'm greatly relieved by the amount of interest in the position. Donovan, partnership isn't required. All interested parties should figure the purchases below and send me a PM of what the full detail post would be. They should include the cost itemization portion, distribution to suppliers, distribution to Acroama & partners and the summary of account activity like the ones I customarily post here in the Acroama thread.

If you have any questions on how to figure what, please PM me. No points are lost for asking questions. ;)

All of the submissions with correct results will be passed to the board and they will vote to determine the new CEO.

Item 1: Upgrade my castle in Valhalla to a Large Palace with an extra pool and kennels (kennels are the same price as stables).

Item 2: Figure 17 new home constructions for new players.

Item 3: Strider buys a mansion in Bavaria.

Item 4: Padma buys 4 tiles at 800g each.

Item 5: Somenewguy buys a large house in Bavaria.

Good luck! :D

Acroama pays their distributors 20% of the cost to create structures. For a 3300g castle they would pay 660g. If there was a trade in that was worth 1000g, the cost to create the castle would only be 2300g so they would pay the distributors 460g. The distributors keep 80% of what Acroama pays them (because they lose 20% to COGS/taxes). This 80% is then split up between the 3 owners of BLM, the distributor.

Acroama's net profits (all money received, minus all money paid out) are then broken down like this:

Acroama account: 10%
Partners & CEO: 90%

The CEO receives one partner share and there are 23 normal partner shares.

@Shaitan: a working crew improoving TSort would be under PERSONAL protection of the UFO. we could even send some of our own servants to help building and as such shorten the building time...
and trust me, you wont find a better protection for your crew than when we protect them >-)

Shaitan

@disorganizer - Unfortunately persons in your particular...situation...have a historical tendency to go a'slaughterin' when the living have served whatever purpose you need them for. Added to that, we cannot trust the word of the undead in any case as you cannot swear on your life. Thirdly, there is simply no coercion besides slavery that would get workmen within long sight of Tsort castle.

Jan 13, 2003, 09:06 AM
what if we do the improovement ourselves and only order the material and plans at acroma?
the things could be delivered to the foot of the tsort mountain and then taken by us... most of our servants do 24h working shifts >-)

We would still have the moral problem of assisting the legions of evil. Just as we would not aid and abet trader/warrior if he wished to create a stronghold to attack Fanatika, we cannot help you to create a safe haven to terrorize and murder.

Padma

I'll probably be ordering a mansion on my recently acquired lakeside mountain soon, but I'll have to bring in the wages first, and perhaps take out another loan to do so. Not being a member of the corporations or land-deals, and simply surviving on my government wages, I was wondering if you would be able to offer some sort of installment plan?

@Gunning: A Palace is "better than" as Castle. So, no, you don't need the Castle.

@Veera: I'm sorry, but this has always been a "Cash-and-Carry" type of organization. Have you considered going to the Bank of Valhalla for a loan? I hear they have reasonable rates.

Ok then, to be your first customer, I'll buy a tower.

I believe that is 300 gold-10% for member=270g.

I would like it to be placed on Gunningheim.

@Padma - I have uploaded a file for you here (http://www.civfanatics.net/uploads3/AcroamaStuff.zip). It contains the housing record file and another file that auto figures the Acroama distribution. Also, you may want to start a new Acroama thread so you can edit the first posts. If you do, just post a link here and I'll close this thread.
