I am trying to test out some modifications to the AI settings for a scenario, and I want to see what the AI is doing. How do I look into the AI's cities to see how long it will take them to grow in size and produce units. And how to I see their Financial screens. I need to see how much money the AI has and how much of it is being spent on city maintenance and inflation.

Is there a way to do this? I cant seem to do it in the world building.

Thanks for any help!

For most of the things, just WB yourself tons of Great Spies and just keep infiltrating, so you can see what they build, the time to grow, etc. However, seeing their financial screens is a different story, and I have no idea how you could possibly do it.

Enable cheat mode in CivilizationIV.ini (cheat = chipotle). Then in-game hold down ctrl, shift or alt keys or any combinations of those buttons on any player's area and you'll see some debug information about them.
