I have been searching, and cannot find: Is there a mod that allows only one religion founding per player?

I'd like something that I could toss into any other mod and play.

I remember a mod that had such a feature along with tons of others, can't remember which though. If someone could remind me and point me in the direction to go Frankenstein on it that would work too.
