@jdd, meredith is on her way

@Strider, here are 3 very fine hunters. That's 1080 gold. 1000 from it's here and 80 from your personal account.

@All: I'll do another transaction post this week so we can all get ready for our christmas shopping ;)

We'd be more than happy to rest your poor horse here for a while. He'll be well-fed and we'll do it for free(seeing as we don't have it set up as a paid service :))

@shareholders: distribution coming along soon. Just trying to let the sales build up a bit first :)

@donsig and gunning1: Would you like any saddles?

That wasn't an actual distribution post..just a posting of the transactions that took place that time through. The actual distribution will be in a few days probably, it should be pretty big, and I'll make sure everything is included too :)

That's a novel idea. Hmmm... I have three race horses, a light warhorse and a couple hunters. I'll take 6 saddles..

So, are you taking care of Hunter for me?

I would like to breed my mare, Golden Tlax with jdd2007's stallion Cincinnatus. What would Equirius charge to do this for us? When would the little horse be ready to race?

EDIT: Just saw the post where you offered to take care of Hunter gratis, Thanks!

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. I'm not sure at this time how exactly that will be done but I will assure you it will be done and by a master in Equine Husbandry(me :))

I'll talk to shaitan about that and we'll see abuot costs and all that. Some board decisions may be needed.

Hunter is doing excellent. The recovery is coming along speedily with the good care and food and shelter that Vanir's stables provide :)

Shaitan has proposed the following:

For a general rule, assume breeding is 25% of the animal cost and training is another 50%. The husbandry of the breeder will affect the chances that the offspring share the parents' better qualities. Husbandry will also be used to determine how long the young take to train. Maybe 10 days minus 1 day for each point of HUSBANDRY:Subskill.

All board members should vote yea or nay on whether or not to accept the above proposal for the addition of breeding to Equirias' services.

For the current time I would handle the breeding since my Husbandry main skill is as high as possible and my Equestrian subskill is also as high as possible :)

Donsig: If you vote yes, it'll speed up the time it takes for this to get passed and the breeding to start ;)

So far the breeding would be a 5 day procedure and would cost ONLY 75% of the normal price(if you'd also like training) :)

Oh, and 6 saddles @ 90 g a piece equals 540g.

Thank you for choosing Equirias Stables and Livestock :)

@Octavian: I've posted earlier in this thread that there isn't a rush to do distributions. And to tell the truth I was doing them yesterday when my comp COMPLETELY froze, mouse and all, and I didn't have a save :(

Either way I appreciate your concern and I'm sorry for being late, but I'll assure everyone I am more than capable of this position, there isn't, and hasn't been a single problem...especially if you consider a lot of companies only do once a month distributions ;)

The breeding is officially started now. It will be done in 5 days(10-1*5).

@Padma, yours and shabba's horses are on their way. Until distribution I'll trust your figure of 1350 gold for that transaction.

@jdd2007: What type of horses are they? I need to know for pricing. Also, would you like them trained as well(HIGHLY reccomended)?

@All, hoping nothing goes wrong with my computer I'll start working on the new distribution tonight.

*Original purchases were used to find account summaries due to "It's Here" interference
*Octavian X's purchase was discounted 550g from "It's Here" based on what I gathered was left of his "It's Here" money at the time of his purchase. If this information is incorrect then a correction will be posted.

@Shaitan...I put it up there to show what I was actually charging to the people in question. I included the "It's Here" money with the RPG management fees for the new citizen horses.

What exactly needs to be there?

P.S. I think either the RPG should not do "It's Here's" anymore or they need to manage it themselves. That's a ***** to dig through and fool around with just because BCLG felt we all needed some shopping money which didn't seem to help out RPG activity at all ;)

@Donsig:

That will be 157.5g for the breeding and 315g for training. That totals 472.5g.

@gonzo - The It's Here money is done by the RPG. Or the Bank, in any case. All that store owners have to do is post transactions within 48 hours of the It's Here period. The allotment is given automatically.

The new Squire of Vanir requires a mount. Normally I get a squire a medium warhorse with barding but that doesn't fit her skills well. Instead, I will acquire a brace (two) of hunters. Please deliver them to Chieftess and bill my account.

Golden Tlax won (well, tied for first) in the BIG race. We are now ready to move forward with our breeding project. Golden Tlax is to be bred with Cincinnatus (jdd2007's stallion). jdd2007 and I will split the breeding and training fees. When the new horse is trained we will aution it off. :)

We are willing to pay the fees up front if you wish to include them in your upcoming transactions post.

I need a riding horse... A good one too: I'm going on a grand tour of Fanatika, and I need an animal that'll travel a long ways and still be able to sprint if I need to outrun any stray Indians. A gelding would be best.

I'd also like to buy a saddle, and saddlebags if you have them.

I think it's about time to add the Quarterhorse to the horse list. The Quarterhorse has parentage of the smaller Spanish horses (I guess we'd use French here) and the English Thoroughbred. It is very strongly muscled. It's about the fastest thing you can find for sprinting but has the endurance of an ox. Typically they stand 15 to 16 hands. Base coloration is light brown to russet and patches and accents are fairly common. Historically they were used as an all purpose horse and performed exceptionally well as cavalry mounts.

Pricing would be about the same as a heavy warhorse for a well bred horse down to the cost of a light warhorse for a brutish one.

Captain Snow would like to buy a very high quality one. He's a horseman so will spend time picking out a spirited and well bred mount.

Brother Adam, Sister Eve and Brother Joseph enter...

Greetings, we are looking for a horse to purchase. We already have two horses: one when we joined as citizens of Fanatika, and one that we bought here before. But we are three, and with the travelling we have been doing of late, we feel that a third horse own by the Spiritualists would be good. We do not want to put out the Prince of Vanir by borrowing his steeds, particularly in this time of conflict.
When last we visited this shop, the noble Prince Shaitan saw to our needs. Who is in charge now that he has passed? What horse would you suggest for Brother Joseph?
