The company is publicly held with 100 shares of stock issued. The company itself holds 50 shares. Stock amount will be taken into account in all decision making processes with proper weight applied per share. Majority weight shall decide all issues. The company will be run in day to day business by an autonomous CEO elected by the board.

The Board
The board is comprised of all stockholders owning 5 or more shares of stock. All stockholders may attend board meetings and are free to speak at them. Only board members may vote.

Distribution of Profits
Profits will be distributed via dividend according to shares with the company retaining its own profits. Company funds may be used at the discretion of the CEO for the day to day running of the company, speculation in related endeavors, investment and expansion of the company. The CEO will be paid 20% of gross sales.

Contract with RPG Management
Equirias will supply a riding horse to all new citizens of Fanatika at a discounted price of 200g, to be paid by the RPG Management.

We are within reach of becoming a manufacturer/reseller. In Equirias' case this means we would be a breeding, training and sales company for equines. Being a manufacturer as well will increase our profit percentage from 60% to 80%. Here are the specifics:

BCLG100 has resigned the CEO position. I am again acting CEO until a new CEO is hired. I am currently interviewing one candidate who will likely be my nominee for the position. If any other shareholder would like to nominate (or volunteer) for the position, please post that info as soon as possible. We will also accept applications from any interested citizens.

An interested citizen (me) has tendered an offer to purchase our land located at -1/2. This is our business center, where our horses are bred and trained, and our small manufacturing center where our vehicles are constructed. Because we are not a real estate business we are not allowed to speculate on land. This means we will not be able to purchase another land tile in Bohemia in the future. We are also not allowed to accept cash and goods in excess of the established land value (150g).

All stockholders with 5 or more shares may vote on whether to accept the offer. The Board vote will be open for 24 hours.

The offer is:
150g cash
Equirias retains usage rights of the land tile, in perpetuity, at no charge.
When (if) I gain access to a horse resource, Equirias will be given access to the resources at no charge. (Under the current rules this will mean a 20% increase in revenue for animal sales. Under the proposed rule change it would mean a 10% increase in revenue.)

He horse I jockey has 7-5 odds I believe. Also I'm buying 4 hunters and have jockey's for 2 of them and one I'm going to run when I'm not riding Sands Runner for Shaitan. The last horse I plan on registering, but I would still like to have the stats for all 4 of my hunters.

The posted odds at the FRLA relate solely to the wagers that have actually been made. The formula for the odds on horse A is:

{[(total bet on all horses)*(.6)]-(amount bet on horse A)}/(amount bet on horse A).

The odds for horse A is the result of that formula to 1. The odds for Bronze Cheiftess in Race #2 is:

Odds are 2.4 to 1 or roughly 5 to 2.

Ok ok: Here's my big debut.

When I was filling out my application test shaitan sent me I was looking back towards Octavian's last transaction post(which is actually not his last post anymore since he posted the last set of transactions just before the start of the voting). Now, I'll make it very clear I am not trying to insult Octavian in ANY way, just trying to clear up something.

At the time of that post we were distributing profits as follows:

CEO: 10%
SHAREHOLDERS: 80%
BANK: Remaining 10% from 20% taxes not paid to employees.

In that transaction, however, 90% was paid to the shareholders. This, of course, COULD be called tax fraud(although that clearly wasn't the intention). It is my express opinion on the matter that this should be cleared up. How to do that, however, is a little more tricky. I could post a new set of transactions taking money away from those who received extra and then giving that 10% to the bank or perhaps Equiras could just pay the difference. Either way, it's up to the board to ultimately decide :) Again, I'm sure octavian had no intention to commit tax fraud, it's a simple mistake.

Hmmm after some more observations it appears it went back a few more transactions so it's clearly a communication error somewhere down the line.

I'd say you should go ahead and figure the total error to all accounts and then apply the adjustment when the next transaction posts. That way it will be a reduction on a deposit instead of a flat debit.

Good thinking shaitan. Hehe, the FRA is going to get a LOT of taxes next time around :)

I think you'll find my figures to be correct. Each time anything was purchased, I entered it in such a way that the taxes were immeadiately deducted. For example...

Some Guy: 630g
Throughbred
Profit: 504g

Then, I would add up the profit figures and divide them accordingly.
