i can not build any nuceler bombs like icbms can any one help

ok, you need 3 things to make ICBMs:

1) Discover the Spaceflight advance
2) Aluminum
3) Uranium

If you have all three, you will be able to build nukes. :)

You also need to have the manhatten project built, too. (by any civ)
