When you click on the diplomacy button, a windows opens where you can conduct diplomacy and spy missions.
I wanted to mod the background of this window but i cannot find the correct pcx file :sad:

Anybody knows where is it?

It is located in the Civilization III/Civ3PTW/Art/Espionage folder. I remember digging around for that screen before for hours :)

I've never thought it could be in 'play the world'!
