Is it possible to raise/lower terrain with civ4? Are there plans for this in the future? If not then what about offensive terraforming units?
I loved causing global warming in SMAC, melting the caps and terraforming to watch my foes cities sink beneath the waves.

I know The_J did this in his Planetbuster modcomp/nuke unit for regular Civ 4. Here's a link (http://forums.civfanatics.com/downloads.php?do=file&id=11673) to the download page.
Except Maniac said this sort of thing wouldn't be in Planetfall, so you'd have to mod it in yourself if you wanted to do it.
Q: Will Planetfall include elevation terraforming and planet buster creating big craters?
A: No, Planetfall will not include these features.

Thank you for the links!
Yeah I can see this being pretty overpowered but a cool nonetheless.
