Dratted Persians, so easy to lose track of those lone troops. They will pay, but it looks like we will need a navy to make them do so. Perhaps finishing the Byzantines first would be best, once we get all our new cities producing at full strength, bouyed by the power of our Hoover Dam, the Persians will soon be weak to us and will fall before our mighty army.
