If this were a proper poll ;) I would vote no to it. It is too early in the game for restricting land usage.

I agree, this is an okay idea, but a horrible time. Wait a few hundred years and then ill back you all the way :)

It's FAR to early into the game for us to be messing up our production. Once we're in the modern era, and have the game in hand (hopefully), then we can think about it.
