As you may or may not know, your Aeria Games password is automatically changed to a random string of characters when a user is banned (which forces them to use forgotten password to get their account back), so I did do that after I got unbanned, and it worked on the website. However, I can't login on the game (I retyped my new password several times, but to know avail, I even tried my password before I got banned once, and that didn't work either). Please help me rectify this most unfortunate situation.

Try to reset your password again in case you mistyped. Otherwise contact the company.

If you were banned and considering you did not seem confused by it then it was likely you were abnned for a good reason and circumventing the ban is a bannable offence too. This is an issue between you the the GMs of MegaTen, and no one here can help you.
