Give Montezuma the 'Zealotical' trait insted of spiritual?
Include Israel as a civilization?
Add a 'H-Bomb Missile' unit?
Add 'Petra' as a wonder?
Add the 'Zeppelin Gunship, an industrial age unit?

(I am adding one extra special unit for all civs.)
And:
What should be the other Babylonian special unit?
What should be the other German special unit?
What should be the other Holy Roman special unit?
What should be the other Portuguese special unit?
What should be the other Lakota (formerly 'Native American') special unit?
What should be the other Mexican special unit?
Who should be the other Arabian leader?
