Fission and Quantum Mechanics both use the same quote. The Bhagavad Gita quote certainly suits Fission but can we have something different for Quantum Mechanics? I'd suggest:

"The important thing in science is not so much to obtain new facts as to discover new ways of thinking about them." - Willam Lawrence Bragg

But there are several by Schrödinger and Einstein which would fit the bill. :)
