Not much info yet - http://www.world-track.org/?p=2993 . The Swedish source states that it involves five of their best sprinters, which I assume includes Usain Bolt. We'll see what comes from this, but is there any reason to care the slightest about the sprints anymore?
Edit: Yes, they were indeed positive in their respective test for illegal substances... :p

Actually, your link specifically says that it doesn't involve their best sprinters... "World-Track, however, has received confirmation that the names were not those of the country’s premier sprinters."
So it's perhaps a bit meh ?
