At present we have6 resources on our map that we should consider securing with our borders. Of the six, 2 are obtainable with placing just one city (Furs & Iron). This poll combines these two resources into one option. Of the 5 options, which do you think is the most important to secure first?

This poll is INFORMATIONAL and will stay open for 3 days.

The discussion leading to this poll can be found here. (http://forums.civfanatics.com/showthread.php?threadid=32843)

the horses are the one we should be aiming for because if we get them not only can we cut off the aztecs from getting them but we can get them ourselves

I think we should hustle to the horse. Like BC said, we get horses to trade and cut off the Aztecs. The horses are needed so we can get better military units. Lets go for the horsies.

Now that I think about it, we pretty much have the iron & spice within our reach. Let's head out for the horses.

We need the horses for ourselves, and we will need a forward city for support of any...ahem...future conflicts with the Aztecs.

Secondly, we need to bring a luxury under our control, as that will help our lux rate needs, especially given the lower priority of temples.
