The changes detailed here will create the position of Deputy Governor for each province.

1. The Senate (Governors)
b. Each province will have a deputy.
The Deputy Governor assumes all
powers and responsibilities of the
provincial office during the absence
of the governor.

b. Governors do not have Deputies but
may appoint an Acting Governor when
unable to fulfil their duties. The
Acting Governor has all powers and
responsibilities of the Governor but

my personal opinion is that this has been demostrated as a needed position, and that it continues to grow consistency in our goverment, opportunities for our citizenry, and fairness and forethought in the execution of the game.

I case anyone missed that, I'm voting yes ;)

i hope this means the appointed governor position will run thru an acceptance poll though...

i support this as well, its very hard to get an acting governor appointed by someone who is already awol.

on topic= This proposal is on track to passage, all interested citizens should remind thier fellow Fanatikans to vote so we can reach quorum.

Too bad this won't pass before elections. It is likely the quroum will be higher.

Just the opposite, Octavian. Seeing as there are only a handful of actual contests the amount of voter participation is going to be much lower.

There it is! We're legal.

The vote passes! We can have deputy governors now! We should get to work on CoS Legislation that would make runners up in gubenatorial elections deputies.
