I tried downloading the new patch and running the .exe and it just asks me if I want to uninstall BTS? Am I doing something wrong like not extracting it to a certain file or something?

I am not sure how to do this as well. I look to my options and I am playing on something much older and I want to make it new but it does not work.

The ).94B patch is not a patch like firaxis issues for the core game. It is pretty much the whole mod with just a small fix for a button issue. Just follow the instructions, uninstall and then reinstall 0.94B. I believe it is save game compatible, so if you want to continue a gmae make sure to back up the file for that save.

By older do you mean a version older than 0.94? And what exactly is not working, can you elaborate?

Yes I am using older than 0.9.4 and I cant make it to new one with the changes of new.

The Install script is designed to uninstall previous versions of Legends of Revolution, this is to make sure no old files are left over when updating. Just let it uninstall, and then when it's done it'll take you to the install setup. It also doesn't say it'll uninstall BtS (at least I hope not, I'll recheck the script now), it just uninstalls the previous version of LoR. Basically the installer runs a check of your registry and if it finds a LoR key, it runs the uninstaller. And yes 0.9.4b is 0.9.3 save game compatible, nothing you need to do here, just update to 0.9.4b and you can load a 0.9.3 game with no issues.
