is it for bts 3.19 because almost everyone has updated now

Are we going anywhere

These are questions i see everywhere but nobodys answering them so could someone answer them here

I've answered almost all of these questions numerous times in this thread (http://forums.civfanatics.com/showthread.php?t=274707&page=13). However:
1) Where are we? How do you mean?
2) I suppose so, yes.
