Would it be possible for someone to create a modmod that allows you to switch civilizations at any time? I think this would be fun and could have a variety of uses, such as creating as weird a world as possible or saving yourself from conquest. Would this be possible for someone to make?

I would like it if there was a mod that made you allowed to switch when ever another civ appears but more than just once per game. I wouldn't really want to be allowed to switch any time at all though.

If you played the multiplayer version by yourself and set up a lan game you could switch whenever you want to whoever you want.
