As in like... how other civilizations respond to things you do... Maybe make it make a little more sense.
If a civilization comes to me telling me to break off my trade agreements with another country, I can either say "yes" and get -1 with the other country and nothing with the original country, or say no and get -1 with the original country and nothing with the other country. :(

I'm pretty sure hes talking about something entirely different than forgetting, he probably wants good diplomacy
the two best things i can offer you is the mod component request thread, i don't know if it will help, because my request was barely even acknowledged, and it was certainly less ambitious, the other thing you can do is sign up for a democracy game, it will give better diplomacy than any real civ game.
