The Jedi Council is proud to announce that we will have a parade in the capital in the second week of this month. We will have pretend lightsaber duals and beer and beer and beer, etc.... I encourage all to come to the Council Parade.

Well, we only have a couple of days to go before the big parade. We want to thank the Jedis for being so hospitable to us up to now. We will march in the parade with pride, knowing that the parade is no longer the end of our participation in Fanatikan society, but the beginning.

Technically, the parade has started people. It's time to celabrate.
Let's all get drunk with the beer afterwords, too.

Hello everyone and greetings from the Spiritualists of the Community. We are Brother Adam and Sister Eve, sent by the founder of our religion, Brother McNulty, to represent Spiritualism in this march. We have come to see that our destiny is to bring the word of the Spirits to these good people.

The four main Spirits are Terra the Earth Spirit, Pyra the Fire Spirit, Aqua the Spirit of the Waters and Aria the Spirit of the Winds and Air.

Anyway, our religion is always developing. We recently discovered that when you die, you could go to the Place of the Spirits. That is where they reside. It depends on whether or not you have led a worthy life. In a vision, Brother McNulty saw this Place of the Spirits and actually met up with his long-gone grandfather. He told him that the way you live your life is very important. You must always respect the Spirits and live by their words.

Another aspect to our religion that might interest you is our reverence to certain birds and animals, which we see as the embodiment of the Spirits in the World.

Terra is represented as the protective wolf mother.
Pyra, the firery dragon.
Aqua, the noble dolphin.
and Aria, the wise eagle.

Also, we believe that the Spirits gave the Community a unique protector in the form of a pelican. It nests in the earth, feeds from the waters and flies through the air. Pyra also bestowed this bird with the power of fire, making it a good protector of the Community.

I believe that bird worship is not unknown in Fanatika either.

It's jedi that don't have true spots in the Council. They just protect. (they are not registered or are even people).

I am the sole follower of the Brotherhood of the Hawk, as it is Plexian tradition. The Plexians were a noble civilization, who lived high in the Western Mountains. The Plexians were almost completly wiped out by a rival civilization who lived on the Western coast circa 5000BC, we were crushed under thier blue banner, what people weren't killed, escaped into the West and East. The Westerners escaped under Toguakua, a great warrior. The Easterners escaped under King Plex'i, to later be mixed with the blue and become a part of it.
We are bonded to the hawk, and we treat them as brothers. The hawk represents life, fire, air and wisdom. Sadly, the Brotherhood of the Hawk is no longer existant in it's anicent form. Fanatikans do have a Hawk order, and I do not know if this is a stem of my religion.

Alright. Do the Jedi believe in any form of divine entities such as the Spirits?

That's the thing with the Jedi Council. You can believe in the Spirirts or someone else and still be a jedi. The Force is what a jedi concentrates on and is the basis, but some jedi have more than one relgion. Plexus has recently became a padawan.

I have finaly arrived. How is the parrade going?

It's a little slow, but we better get started, because Octavian and his Doughnut didn't arrive.

A sad tale Plexus, and one reminisent of the one I heard from Lord Master Zarn. The McNulty Clan, before it joined the Community, also lived in the Highlands, surrounded by mountains and clear crystal streams. It was indeed an idylic life. We had a noble tradition of respect for nature and a warrior tradition. Then one night, our chief had a terrible vision. He saw our people butchered by an invading army. The women and children taken as slaves. But as it looked hopeless, a great wolf, followed by three smaller ones appeared and chased away the invaders. They bade us follow them down the mountains to the lower lands.

We knew that if we stayed, we would suffer a terrible fate, so we packed up the Clan and headed away from our ancestral home. We decided to join a travelling convoy of people who wanted to settle a new civilisation. And that is how we came to be a part of the Community and how we were chosen to be the speakers for the Spirits.

Yes, that is very similar to what happened to Plexia. No spirits came, no vision was seen. We were alone. Yet there is hope, according to oral tradition, we spawned the Japanese and played a big role in the devlopment of Fanatikan culture, much like the Greeks in RL.

I am ready with my carriage. This is the carriage I shall go to war with, outfitted with Oboe Speakers, Lances and this shiny glass which seems to reflect the beam of my Lightsaber. With this carriage, I plan on not only defeating the Aztec scum, but to look for possible aprentences. I feel a strong presence of the Force comming from the Incence fields of Azteca. Could this possibly be the Chosen One that is made of the Force? Only time will tell. But now, I march, preaching the ways of the Force, preparing for any dangers that may lie ahead.

What about another question, to get the conversations going again. We Spiritualists determine the will of the Spirits from various methods. Sometimes a messenger in the form of one of the symbols of the Spirits might appear. Other times it could be radical changes in the weather - storms, lightning, winds, etc. More infrequently, we are given dreams or visions that give a clear indication of the will of the Spirits. How do the religions of Fanatika determine the will of their force or other deities?

Brother Adam and Sister Eve: Although I do not pracitice it in full, the estate I am head of (The House of Cupertania) belives in The Apple and The Penguin. It was from these two, the commoner say, that the World was created. Also, they believe that it is the Apple that created The Force and that the Penguin developed the world.

(Try to find the true meaning of that story. Knowing me, its not that hard)

I believe we jedies, going in sync with the powers of universe, just have a good sense of what our deities want. We feel a strong urge to do some things, and that is what our gods would like us to do.
So if i have the urge to beat-an-aztec now, this would surely be our deities will :-)

This is a terrible thing that Trader/Warrior has done. He must be brought to justice! In the name of the Spirits, we call on all citizens to hunt him down!

Thank you, Brother Mc Nulty, Brother Adam and Sister Eve. Without your help, we would have had a much higher death toll. Trader/Warrior has been Jedi Mind Paryalized and the authorities are picking him up as we speak. Now, what were your questions again?

Sister Eve goes off to help with the injured, using her knowledge of plants to soothe the suffering of the wounded...

This certainly was not how we wanted to end the religious parade. May the Spirits show mercy to the injured and accept the deceased into their waiting arms in the Place of the Spirits.

My Friends, because of this atrocity, we do not feel that it would be right to have the planned celebration feast. I suggest that the supplies that we have brought should be distributed among the survivors.

And may the Spirits rain down their vengence on those that would use such methods on the innocent!
