Pretty nasty one IMHO.... and also occuring in 3.17 ( tested it in there as well )
I decided to test it for myself and made the WB save attached below ( using the Ethiopians, that have the techs needed to get Liberalism from a GS bulb ). I decided to quit after founding all the religions ( except Tao, because Philo is needed for Lib :p ) in Aksum by Lib'ing the needed techs :D .
