Chieftess Oct 03, 2002, 09:53 AM I think Daylight Savings Time ends around the end of October... so the time might be slightly different..
BCLG100 Oct 03, 2002, 01:20 PM oh cool wednesdays are earlier may i ask why though?
Eklektikos Oct 03, 2002, 01:29 PM Wednesdays are earlier because I have work the next day, and could do with more sleep :goodjob:
Chieftess Oct 03, 2002, 02:29 PM Strider and Stuck might have problems with that time, since they're in school...
Eklektikos Oct 03, 2002, 04:02 PM Chat time for 16th/17th october has been confirmed. Vice President Octavian X will be designated player for this chat. :D
BCLG100 Oct 04, 2002, 02:12 PM i dont mind i can finally attend some chats but why 1 am on 16th?
Octavian X Oct 04, 2002, 03:23 PM I don't know where you are, but for me, 1GMT is 7 o'clock. Also, I probably won't be able to attend the early Wednesday chats, since I have piano lessons right out of school.
Eklektikos Oct 04, 2002, 04:00 PM Easy way to clear up my timezone related confusion, Octavian - just look at your clock and post what time it is there, and I can compare it to the timestamp on your post and work it all out from that.
Myartar Oct 04, 2002, 05:35 PM Octavian, subtract an hour from the EST times to get our timezone. So 7pm EST is 6pm CST.
disorganizer Oct 05, 2002, 05:55 AM btw: dailight savings time is on last sunday of october, 2:00 AM :-) normally of course. im not sure how the strange americans handle it though :-P
Stuck_as_a_Mac Oct 05, 2002, 07:22 AM ct- actually, i prefer these new times. puts them in the middle of my homework, when i dont have to make up excuses to go on the computer some more.
and dis- we go back one hour (dam ww2... for dst)
so, if the TC started at 10pm GMT, wed all show up at four (unless europeans do something too)

Well, we "strange" Americans usually turn the clock back an hour the night before (not 2am in the morning). Usually between 7-10pm on Saturday.
disorganizer Oct 05, 2002, 08:02 AM CT: oh. we use radio controlled clocks and turn them back at 3 am and forward at 2 am ;-)
Chieftess Oct 05, 2002, 11:57 AM We do have a cuckoo clock. ;)
