i try to find a large size earth map for ROM, but to play normal game, without scenarios. anyone help?

If you go on Smartmap in Custom Game then scroll down to Continents and select Earth then you will get a rough, but better than the Earth2 mapscript, earth map. however civs, resources and terrains are placed andomly so to get the real feel of earth a scenario is required.

Where can I find Earth2? Does it come in any patch?

I'm pretty sure it comes with RoM 2.71, you might have to go on customgames to get it, but i have checked the Mods/RoM/PrivateMaps and the mapscript python file is there.
