Can anyone confirm that the "glance" screen has been added to the foreign advisor. The 3.19 patch notes state that it has, but I cannot seem to find it.

I can't see it in 3.19.

It's always been there (in vanilla and Warlords) if you ran the HoF Mod. It's in the BUG that I've been porting, and it'll be there in Mac-BUFFY :)
