I'm trying to add in a few downloaded Leaderheads into my game, but I am unsure where to put the files. Do I put them into the 'Mods' folder, or into 'Assets'?

What have you downloaded?

If they are individual graphics files then you need to integrate them into your game software. That means changing XML files as well as getting the graphics files into the right places - not for the faint hearted. If they are in a complete mod then you put them in the appropriate Mods folder in Applications/Civ4/, or in your ~/Documents/Civ4_or_Warlords_or_BtS/ directory

I downloaded a few individual custom Leaderheads- just those, no attached mod. It sounds like more work then I have the time for at the moment, so I may just delete them.

I know where to put complete mod folders already, but thanks anyway.
