I'm trying to get civ 4 working, but it keeps quitting unexpectedly. It does this after the first 2 screens, when it looks to be going to the main menu.

1. Have you installed it to your hard drive, or are you trying to run it directly off the DVD? If the latter then you need to follow the installation instructions to drag the entire Civ4 folder across to your hard drive - typically into Applications.

2. If that isn't the problem, do you get a crash report? If so, copy and paste the first 50 lines or so into a post here and I'll see if they give us any clues.
