I am using BtS version 3.19 and FFH2 v.041.g, but cannot locate age of ice. What am I missing?

Age of Ice is a scenario (introducing the Fall From Heaven world) in REGULAR Beyond the Sword; it is a Beyond the Sword scenario. When you start BtS, go to 'Play a Scenario') and it should be there.
