Hi guys. Unfortunately I still haven't fixed the problems plaguing my extra civics tags, but have decided to put out an Expanded Civics Mod using the tags which come with Beyond the Sword.
So for Government Civics I have: Dictatorship, Oligarchy, Monarchy, Republic & Parliament.

Now what I'm trying to do-for the most part-is thematically link the effects of the civics. So Governments grant a happiness bonus (either directly or via Buildings) & Extra Specialist Commerces. Where I'm running into issues is which buildings should get the Happiness Bonus for Parliament, Oligarchy & Dictatorship. I'm leaning towards Monument for Oligarchy & Barracks for Dictatorship-but will entertain other ideas. I originally went with Broadcast Tower for Parliament, but want to change it for several reasons. I really would prefer a Building which becomes available around the same time as the Tech (Constitution), & a building which normally doesn't generate happiness outside of Civics effects. So, any ideas guys (note, only existing buildings, not planning on adding new ones for this particular mod).
