The game allows 16 civs to play at one time, but this is useless because I can't communicate with half of them. Only a certain 8 show up in the advisors window. The other 8 I have to go all the way to their border and contact a worker. Is there a mod to make all 16 civs viewable through the advisors window? Thanks.

To have other civs show up on the Diplomacy screen, hold shift, right-click a leader's picture, and switch it. Alternatively, double-click a civ's name on the Trade Advisor screen to contact it.
