Don't worry. It won't be so blurry in the game.(unit will be fully playtested and assesed in a rigourous schedule of quality assurance before release).

There are going to be 40+ new WWII units included in PTW, but I have no clue what they will be.

I think the former TRT members should continue to post thier units here, to compliment those.

The Firaxis chat log, check the main CFC page for the link.

In the latest Firaxis chat, they send 20+ for WWII, and 24 for Japan IIRC

I am very excited at the prospect of the promised WW2 unit pack that is to come with PTW...

I hope it not another firaxis tall-tale...like the way we were meant to get the scenario builder with CIV3...

I have seen a screen shot of the GI with flame thrower...why nothing else???

I don't think the WW2 set will let us down. 40 units is a lot. Personally, I'm hoping for a Flak truck, GI, some cool artillery, and some fighters. Oh, and definately some more ships, like a Cruiser.

I think we'll be seeing some great scenarios, judging from the formidable scenario set up screen I saw. Diplomatic settings is the big thing that is gone, but can't you change those with a save game editor?

No no nooo, dont say that. I'm looking forward to this unit, you cant quit now. Besides there may be people that wont be able to buy PTW so will still need to add their own units.
