I just got a quest and I was like WHAT ? I need 36 harbors ?
pretty funny isn't it? well as I see it the day I get those 36 harbors I will have pretty much won the game... I don't even have 36 cities, let alone 36 coastal cities...
I'm already leading the game anyway.

On the other hand I wonder if it is at all possible to plop a lot of coastal cities, there's still a bunch of inoccupied land in "historical russia region"

so I wondered what kind of crazy quest you guys might have ran into and if you ever completed any ?
