These are , in short, broken links. As I understand matters, this is a problem with the database, and so a problem with the server. I'm posting this to inform people that Rhyes of Civilization is not available via those links, and to advise against using said links to obtain the mod.

If some moderator would be so kind as to correct the post in question where those links are concerned, it would be greatly appreciated.

Running any scenario on the Mac is normally a major challenge. You might want to look at the Mac forum for info on that.
