In my HOF scenario I have the search path set as:

..\Scenarios\HOF_V3;..\conquests\WWII in the Pacific;

Works fine on my system but on others it doesn't search the
WWII in the Paccific folders. What gives?

Don't use relative paths. They won't work on Mac and are not guaranteed to work on all PCs either, depending on installation.

For the first folder, there's no reason to include ..\Scenarios\ ... , just use "HOF_V3"
For the second folder, just forget about it and include the files you need in your own mod's folder - it'll be slightly larger but at least it will work everywhere.

That made sense in 2004, but not now, especially after Firaxis released PTW units on this site.

Plenty of mods include units form C3C, there's no other way really. Using INI files only causes a crash on Macs.
