I have converted some Scorpions (http://forums.civfanatics.com/showthread.php?t=339876) from Kohan 2. These can be used for Fallout style Radscorpions. If required a green glow effect is quite straightforward to add.

Excellent! A glow would be nice. The only thing preventing me from releasing a 3.19 version is this stupid lighting problem, which I don't have any leads upon.

I fixed the stupid lighting problem, which turned out to be a stupid shadow problem - see link (http://forums.civfanatics.com/showthread.php?t=332636).
