So I've just updated my conquests up to 1.22 and when I go to play I get a pop-up that says

"Please insert the Civlization III: Conquests CD-ROM, select OK and restart application"

the problem is though that when I hit ok and put the CD in I get the same error message. Anybody know how to fix this?
